Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11 - Supported 1,200+ endpoints as a municipal IT specialist. Also used as daily driver OS for many years.
Windows Server (2012-2022) - Administered AD, Group Policy, and DNS settings across server environments during my time with the City of Fort Smith. As well as earning certifications surrounding Windows deployment and security.

Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Windows Deployment Services (WDS) - Built and deployed system images during my time with Medtronic and the City of Fort Smith. Earned a certification regarding MDT deployments.
Group Policy Editor (GPO) - Automated security policies and software restrictions at the City of Fort Smith. Earned a certification regarding GPO.
Sysprep - Prepped machines for cloning and imaging during my time with the City of Fort Smith..

Bulk Crap Uninstaller, TreeSize, PowerToys - Daily drivers for streamlined cleanup and maintenance.
Sysinternals Suite, Process Explorer, Autoruns, Event Viewer - Diagnosed performance issues and rogue processes during my time with the City of Fort Smith.
Task Scheduler - Automated recurring scripts and system tasks in my homelab.

Chocolatey - Deployed and updated apps via CLI in internal scripts for personal system restores and in my homelab.
PDQ Deploy - Used for silent software installs across networks at the City of Fort Smith.

PRTG Network Monitor, Nagios, Spiceworks - Familiarity with each suite via lab environments and monitoring exercises and in my homelab.
