📌 Project Summary

While working with Shoptimized, a premium Shopify theme provider known for its focus on eCommerce conversion rate optimization (CRO), I created in-depth, long-form content that bridged the gap between consumer behavior data and actionable CRO strategies for online merchants.

My role encompassed both content strategy and technical documentation, with the goal of educating users and establishing Shoptimized as an authority in the eCommerce space.

I produced over eight CRO-focused articles backed by real-world studies (including Baymard Institue data) and created technical onboarding guides—complete with annotated screenshots and GIFs—to help customers implement features quickly and effectively.

This project deepened my expertise in data-driven content marketing and ecommerce UX best practices, while also expanding my experience in technical writing for SaaS/ecommerce platforms.
