📌 Project Summary

Problem: Shoptimized needed clear, data-driven content to help eCommerce store owners improve their sales.

What I did: I wrote over 8 blog posts on conversion rate optimization (CRO) topics, like loyalty programs and free shipping. I also created technical guides to help users set up and use the Shoptimized theme. These guides included step-by-step instructions with visuals, such as screenshots and GIFs.

Result: My content helped increase user trust and engagement, improved the blog’s SEO, and made it easier for users to get started with the theme. It also reduced the number of support tickets by providing clear onboarding materials.
