🎯 Key Responsibilities

    • Customer Research & Messaging Development – Worked closely with ZenOKR to discover customer questions, pain points, and objections to tailor the email sequence. Refined existing testimonials, interviews, and case studies to align with the client’s goals and audience.
  • Email Sequence Design – Developed a compelling 7-step email sequence to educate prospects about OKRs, share case studies, and ultimately encourage demo sign-ups. Included A/B testing for two variations of the email sequence: one with a short, direct tone and another with a more friendly, conversational tone.

  • Email Campaign Setup – Implemented the email sequence into outbound email software (Lemlist). Managed the technical setup of the campaign, integrated lead lists, ensured proper tracking, and set up conversion metrics to monitor performance.

  • Campaign Management & Optimization – Continuously tested and optimized the email sequence for maximum engagement. Analyzed performance metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and conversions, making adjustments as needed to improve the results.

  • Demo Scheduling Integration – Integrated a booking system (Calendly) to enable prospects to easily schedule demos after engaging with the emails.

  • Reporting & Client Communication – Provided weekly reports to the ZenOKR team with data on the campaign’s performance, including conversion rates and engagement metrics. Worked closely with them to refine the email copy and overall approach based on feedback and results.
