βI would like to take this opportunity to recommend Austin Kelly to any company and/or organization that may be considering him for employment.
I first got to know Austin when he was a student at the University of Arkansas Fort Smith, where I was both his professor of Information Technology, then as his academic advisor.
As the Chair of the Computer and Information Science Department, I was also able to track and monitor my advisees to ensure that they were meeting the expectations of the different faculty as they challenged the curriculum to satisfy the degree.
Austin always met the challenges of learning head-on, he prepared for class and emerged as a class leader. Austin, not only met the challenges he demonstrated a unique ability to master complex situations decompose the complexity out of the problem and systematically successfully solve the issue.
Austin was a resource to his fellow classmates serving as a person who would help them understand issues that they may not have had a full grasp on. This team-player mentality helped him in both his individual and team projects.
Austin graduated in 2010 and left the academic world prepared to face the challenges that industry put towards him.
Honor, trustworthiness, and integrity were synonymous with his name with both the faculty and I.
I can not express any concerns that should cause anyone to doubt his ability or competency in his field.
Any organization who is fortunate enough to obtain his talents will be rewarded.β Rick Massengale Sr. , Ph.D. Chair of the Computer and Information Science Department at UAFS
